Design a manufacturing-ready slip-on safety work boot featuring zero-drop geometry, anatomical wide toe box, and lightweight composite safety toe. Product must balance durability, comfort, and full ASTM F2413 compliance without trade-offs. Primary environment: fire station duty use, with crossover suitability for warehouse and delivery work.

The main goal of this project is to develop an energy-efficient mini-fridge with enhanced storage capacity and superior cooling capabilities. The specific objectives include:

Designing a mini-fridge with a capacity of at least 50 liters, ensuring ample space for items and catering to extended stays.

Implementing cutting-edge cooling technologies to achieve optimal performance.

We have already designed a free-standing bike rack to store five bicycles in the garage, and we have attached the STEP file along with a briefing document for your reference. We need your expertise to design a spring-loaded hinge that lifts the bike 300 mm as it is pushed forward. This feature is crucial to enhance the functionality of the rack.

We require a specialized mechanical design in 3D CAD format for manufacturing a custom plastic disc/lid that fits mason jars. The design is relatively simple, featuring a plastic disc with three holes, but it must fit the jar perfectly to ensure it is 100% airtight and leakproof. Accurate sizing in terms of thickness and edge shape is crucial to achieve this.

We're building an indoor lifting system that needs its own custom hydraulic valve. 

The unit must modulate acceleration, controlled slowing, and positive stopping in both lifting and lowering directions, yet remain entirely manual in operation—no electronics or remote triggers involved.
