As per Indian tax regulations, PieCube is required to deduct Tax at Source (TDS) on payments made to freelancers and agencies based in India. If you have submitted a valid PAN, TDS is deducted at 0.1% of your earnings. However, if you haven’t submitted your PAN, the deduction increases to 5%, as mandated by Indian tax authorities. To avoid the higher deduction, we recommend adding your PAN as soon as possible.  

You can use PayPal, Stripe, Skrill, Payoneer or Revolut to receive USD payments. If you don’t have either, we can accept the payment on your behalf, convert it to INR, and transfer it to your account. A 1% processing fee will apply.

Yes, the platform applies a commission of 5% on CAD projects and 7% on CAE projects.
These charges are deducted from the freelancer’s total earnings  and the freelanceronly after the project has been successfully completed and delivered,  or on the milestone payments set in agreement by the requestor

An NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is a legal document that protects the confidentiality of a project. Some clients may require you to sign it before sharing sensitive details. It’s a legal and ethical part of freelancing that builds trust and shows professionalism. If needed, the NDA will be shared with the project brief and must be accepted before you begin.

Project lists are weekly updated based on your previous proposals and the keywords you’ve shared. This helps ensure more relevant matches while allowing you to explore new design domains as you grow.

A PieCube Assured Project means the platform has built sufficient of your bidding database and performance record to confidently assign you a project directly, based on your skills and prior proposals.

PieCube supports various payment methods, including secure online payment gateways and direct bank transfers, ensuring convenient and timely payment for freelancers upon successful project completion.
