A Mechanical Freelancing Hub

We're launching a small-scale distillery and need a complete MEP package that lets us move confidently from concept to permitting.
 

Scope of Work:

 • Mechanical – We need the production floor laid out so every still, fermenter, chiller, and ancillary skid sits where it belongs and breathes properly. Please create a clear equipment layout and design a ventilation system that manages ethanol vapors, heat rejection, and fresh-air requirements in compliance with local fire and building codes. 

• Electrical – Develop the power distribution scheme and control-system wiring that will run my stills, pumps, chillers, and safety interlocks. 

• Plumbing – Size and route all process water, sanitary, and drain lines, including backflow prevention, floor drains, and tie-ins to the cooling loop and boiler feed.
