Seeking an experienced designer to develop CAD files for a thin plastic quarter turn fastener and receiver specifically for use in bags. This project requires a combination of innovative design and practical application.

Key Requirements:  -

Application: Designed specifically for various bag applications, including but not limited to backpacks, tote bags, and travel bags. 

Design Specifications: - Contains three components 

1. Receiver plate, 1/4 turn locking mechanism, flat bottom 

2. Top plate, 1/4 turn knob 

3. Securement plate to connect to Top plate around bag material 

Must be thin and lightweight to minimize bulk while maintaining strength. - High durability is essential to withstand frequent use and environmental factors. - Must incorporate a secure locking mechanism that ensures reliability during use.
