Need a locked prototype reverse-engineered into production-ready CAD, tooling, and overseas manufacturing.

Requirements:

• Reverse-engineer part with two metal inserts
• Apply DFM updates and document trade-offs
• Source and vet 3+ overseas molders
• Obtain tooling, unit pricing by volume, and lead times
• Coordinate mold, inserts, over-molding/post-assembly
• Produce and ship T1 samples with dimensional/cosmetic QC data
• Provide production plan covering tooling, pilot run, QC, packaging, and logistics

Acceptance:

• Verifiable factory contacts with direct communication
• Realistic, plan-aligned costs and lead times
• T1 samples match approved CAD within tolerance with secure inserts
