A Mechanical Freelancing Hub

The client have a concept for a small dispenser, that should draw food-grade liquids directly from a variety of bottle sizes, release only a set volume per use, then lock out until a programmable reset interval has elapsed.

Software Preference: SolidWorks/CATIA/Inventor or equivalent 🖱️

Internally, the unit will rely on an electronic control mechanism 🔌 : A compact board or embedded module that counts each dispense, triggers a cut-off at the specified volume, and starts the cooldown timer before the next cycle. 

Scope of work:

• Parametric SolidWorks model of the full assembly and all critical sub-components
• Exploded & section views suitable for machining
• Suggested off-the-shelf electronic parts (pump, sensor, microcontroller)
• Basic tolerance notes and a short BOM

NOTE:
Electronic control layout that enables volume limit accuracy to ±5 %.
Reset timer adjustable in software or firmware from 30 seconds to 10 minutes.
