We need a fresh CAD take on the front-grill trim bracket for a Holden VF HSV Senator. We don’t have an original part to hand you, so the job starts with reverse-engineering from two resources we will supply: high-resolution photos of the bracket installed on other cars and a detailed mesh scan of the grill surface it must attach to.
Your model must hug that scan perfectly, respecting existing clearances, clip points and screw landings, while fixing any fit or strength issues the stock part was known for. We plan to 3D-print the first prototype, so the file has to be fully parametric (no dumb solids) and export cleanly to both STEP and STL.
Deliverables:
• Native CAD file (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor, Creo—your choice) with editable feature tree
• STEP and print-ready STL generated from that model
Kindly keep critical dimensions tied to reference planes & leave room for a ±0.15 mm FDM tolerance.
