We are looking for an experienced product designer to develop an accurate 3D CAD model of a plastic corner joint based on an existing physical reference. The scope includes capturing the full external and internal geometry, precise angles, radii, wall thicknesses, and functional features so the part can be directly used for prototyping and manufacturing. The design must faithfully represent the actual component dimensions and geometry, suitable for processes such as injection molding or 3D printing.

The designer should be proficient in professional 3D CAD software (such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or equivalent) and have a strong understanding of plastic part design fundamentals, including manufacturability considerations. High attention to detail is essential to ensure dimensional accuracy and clean, production-ready geometry. Final deliverables should include a fully constrained 3D model and neutral file formats suitable for downstream manufacturing or tooling development.
