A Mechanical Freelancing Hub

The client needs a fully-detailed 3D CAD model for a small ABS enclosure that will be FDM-printed and hold a rigid-flex PCB. The part combines several precise features in one body: a snap-fit clear insert on top, an internal slot that guides the flex section, and standoffs that keep the board perfectly aligned without fasteners.

Deliverables:
• Native CAD file (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor or similar)
• STEP and print-ready STL
• Short drawing or annotation set calling out critical dimensions and tolerances (±0.15 mm target)

Acceptance criteria:
• Snap-fit insert clicks securely yet is removable by hand
• Rigid-flex PCB seats flush, no stress on the flex link
• Model opens error-free in SolidWorks 2021 and prints without additional support
