Scope of Work:

Turnkey CNC turning programs for ASME B16.11 couplings (½"–2") for LMW LX20T-L5 2-axis lathe. Material: A105N forged carbon steel.

Requirements:

  • ASME B16.11 compliant dimensions, tolerances, chamfers, threads, and surface finish. 
  • FANUC-compatible G/M code with spindle speed, feed, coolant, tool offsets, and subprograms. 
  • One G-code file per size. 
  • PDF setup sheet with tool numbers, insert details, stick-outs, and estimated cycle time. 
  • Simulate/back-plot (NC Viewer, Vericut, or equivalent) to verify 3-jaw chuck clearance and collision-free toolpaths. 

Acceptance:

  • Dry-run ready. 
  • All sizes gauge to ASME B16.11 without manual rework. 

Deliverables:

  • G-code files. 
  • Setup sheets. 
  • Ready for direct machine loading.
