Requirements:

  • Fully parametric 3D CAD model using native sheet-metal features. 
  • Accurate bend allowances, bend radii, and manufacturable sheet-metal design. 
  • 2D fabrication drawings with critical dimensions, tolerances, and welding symbols. 
  • Flat-pattern DXF/DWG files for laser cutting or CNC punching. 
  • Basic BOM covering raw materials, sheet thicknesses, and hardware.

  • Sheet-metal frame modeling. 
  • Manufacturing-ready documentation. 
  • Flat-pattern development. 
  • Fabrication drawing creation. 
  • BOM preparation.

  • Parametric 3D CAD files (SolidWorks/Creo).
