A Mechanical Freelancing Hub

Design and engineering of a rechargeable LED light assembly with USB-C or Micro-USB charging interface. Scope includes enclosure design, PCB layout, charging and protection circuitry integration, white LED driver implementation, manufacturing-ready 3D CAD models (STEP), injection-molding-compatible mechanical design, and BOM preparation with globally available components.

Technical Requirements:
• Operating time: ≥30 minutes at full brightness per charge.
• Maximum overall dimensions: Ø30 mm × 10 mm thickness.
• Integrated USB charging circuit, battery protection, and white LED driver.
• Flush or recessed charging port and switch design.
• Deliverables: STEP files, production drawings, PCB design files, and BOM with component part numbers.
• Documentation suitable for manufacturing quotation and tooling evaluation.
