A Mechanical Freelancing Hub

We're developing an automatic helmet-cleaning kiosk and now need a professionally engineered sheet-metal enclosure for it. The job centres on translating our overall size constraints, component mounting points, and access requirements into a manufacturable design that can be laser-cut, bent, and assembled in low-volume production.

Deliverables:

• CAD model of the enclosure (SolidWorks, Inventor or equivalent)

• Flat-pattern drawings with bend lines, hole call-outs, and material specs ready for sheet-metal fabrication.

• BOM listing fasteners, hinges, gaskets, and any off-the-shelf hardware.

• Exploded views or assembly instructions
