Key Scope & Technical Requirements:
• Convert STL/OBJ mesh → parametric CAD model
• Rebuild 5 helical flow channels using true circular cross-sections
• Use sweep/centerline-based modeling (no faceted geometry)
• Maintain continuous, obstruction-free internal flow paths
Geometry & Design Control:
• Enable parametric control of channel diameter
• Ensure proportional body scaling (non-uniform, relation-driven)
• Maintain smooth transitions and flow continuity
Outer & Interface Design:
• Reconstruct external body geometry
• Preserve 1/2” NPT threads (adaptable if required)
• Ensure watertight, manufacturable solid model
Variants Development:
• 3 configurations:
– Low flow (~120 mL/min)
– Standard (45–75 PSI)
– High flow (~1” connection, scalable)
