Looking for a CAD designer to rebuild the provided mechanical STL assembly into a clean, editable parametric STEP model suitable for future modifications and manufacturing updates. 

The assembly includes multiple support brackets, pivot features, mounting holes, and structural members intended for 3D printing/mechanical integration. The model should maintain dimensional accuracy, feature alignment, and proper assembly relationships while optimizing geometry wherever required.
