A Mechanical Freelancing Hub

We are looking for a talented designer to create a unique and functional design for a lightweight, durable, and comfortable hiking, and beach backpack chair. The project will require two distinct designs, one for each category (hiking, and beach) as well as a versatile all-in-one design. The primary material for the chair should be aluminum, making it lightweight yet durable enough to withstand outdoor conditions.

Key requirements include easy portability for long hikes, built-in storage compartments (including tackle storage for fishing), and an insulated storage compartment for keeping food and drinks cold. Comfort, while important, should be balanced with durability and ease of setup. The ideal candidate will have expertise in industrial design, a solid understanding of material properties, and experience designing outdoor equipment. Proficiency in CAD and SolidWorks is essential. Creativity and practicality are highly valued, and a portfolio showcasing similar projects would be appreciated.
