Scope of Work:
We’re looking for an experienced SolidWorks designer to build a complex mechanical component from scratch using the supplied specification sheet and existing assembly files for reference.
Scope of Work:
- Model intricate features, including variable-radius fillets, intersecting pockets, draft angles, threaded holes and precision mating faces.
- Match all specified dimensions, tolerances and assembly interfaces.
- Maintain a fully parametric model with a clean, logically ordered feature tree and meaningful feature names.
- Avoid imported solid bodies, non-editable geometry and unnecessary suppressed features.
Deliverables
- Native SolidWorks part file (.SLDPRT).
- Neutral STEP file for cross-platform compatibility.
- PDF or JPEG reference image highlighting key dimensions.
Acceptance Criteria
- Dimensional accuracy within ±0.05 mm, as specified.
- No rebuild errors or unintended suppressed features.
- Fully editable parametric features with an organised feature tree.
