Scope of Work:

We need a production-ready 3D CAD model of a custom rugby-player table-number trophy, optimised for FDM 3D printing.


* Overall height: ~270 mm

* Male rugby player carrying a rugby ball, structurally integrated with the trophy

* Large, permanently modelled table number; prototype No. 12, followed by variants 1–30

* Stable weighted-style base with sufficient drop resistance and handling strength

* Minimise fragile arms, legs, fingers and other failure point

* Frontthe power of a community until you're a part of one.”

* Printer: Bambu Lab P2S with AMS

* Colours: Black main body/player, White number, Red and Green accents

* Separate bodies/parts for colour assignment in Bambu Studio

* FDM optimisation: practical wall thickness, overhangs, support strategy, layer orientation, structural strength and watertight/manifold geometry

* Minimise supports and post-processing


Deliverables: 

Native editable CAD, STEP and slicing-ready STL

We need CAD/3D development of a small clear-glass vial with an integrated collapsible measuring spoon and screw-on plastic cap, based on the reference mechanism.


Technical Requirements:

  • Clear glass vial/jar for powdered products
  • Screw-on plastic cap
  • Integrated underside measuring spoon
  • Approx. 36 mm spoon length
  • External plastic stem/section for folding or collapsing the spoon
  • Cap, spoon, and folding mechanism as a single integrated assembly
  • Secure, leak-resistant closure
  • Defined dimensions, tolerances, material specifications, and clearances
  • Injection-moldable cap/spoon/folding components
  • Mechanism designed for repeated opening, closing, and folding cycles
