We need a steel column for an outdoor-events setup: freestanding, quick-disassembly, transportable, and tool-minimal onsite assembly. Design for wind loads, repeated assembly cycles, crowd safety, strength and portability, using supplied height, base footprint and live loads.


Deliverables:
• 3D parametric CAD compatible with existing STEP truss interfaces
• PDF/DWG fabrication drawings with plates, bolts and weld symbols
• Watertight STEP assembly for CNC/laser quotation
• Brief structural calculation/FEA confirming capacity and required safety factor.
