* 3D master models: SolidWorks/Inventor/STEP
* Fully dimensioned 2D drawings: DWG/DXF
* CNC-optimised nesting for standard sheet sizes
* Mechanism, hardware & clearance details
* Parametric, material-agnostic frame design
* BOM, cut lists & edging specifications

The designs should allow parameter-based adjustments for upholstery thickness without redrawing components.
